We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and health support services within Wilson County and East Davidson. This full-time role focuses on promoting health, ensuring safety, and supporting the well-being of individuals through clinical care, health education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, assessments, and interventions in accordance with RN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, document, and report patient health status and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Support health screenings, care coordination, and follow-up services
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, families, and community partners
- Provide health education and wellness support as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in community health, public health, school nursing, or clinical settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience working with diverse populations
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Schedule may align with departmental or site-specific needs

- Are not comfortable working in a community-based or population-focused setting, as applicable
