Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting including revenue, expenses, and vendor payments (using SAP)
- Oversee AP/AR and support cash flow tracking
- Handle manufacturing and revenue-related accounting, including COGS, inventory (raw/WIP/finished goods), and trade spend reconciliation (rebates, chargebacks, promotions)
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules)
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPA is a plus
