Title: Territory Sales Representative

Pay: Hourly W2 Base Uncapped Commissions ($55k-$100k )

We are working directly with the hiring team at one of our enterprise clients in the sustainable and renewable energy industry to fill for a Territory Sales Representative position in Tyler, Texas. In this position, you will drive customer enrollments by building strong face-to-face relationships with realtor partnership offices, brokers, and local community partners. You will promote and sell electricity products including month-to-month and term options along with additional cross-serve offerings. This is a field-driven, relationship-building role requiring daily engagement and consistent visibility in partnered offices.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and motivated to achieve sales goals while helping expand our client’s presence in the local market. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales strategies and community engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain face-to-face relationships with realtors, brokers, partnered offices, and prospective clients.
- Promote and enroll customers into electricity products and related cross-serve programs.
- Build and expand a referral network by engaging with realtors, brokerages, and local business partners.
- Represent the company at community events, real estate meetings, and networking functions to expand brand awareness.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to partnered locations to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Report to the local office daily for collaboration and alignment with the Sales Manager and Sales Team.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Execute local sales strategies and support ongoing market engagement initiatives.
Salary : $55,000 - $100,000
