Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls via switchboard and route them appropriately
- Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting logistics
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and internal communications
- Support office operations including handling deliveries and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
- Experience supporting corporate office environments
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
- Location: Onsite (5 days per week)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
- Duration: 3-month contract (extension possible)
- Work Authorization: Open to US Citizens and Green Card holders only
