Job Title: Network Delivery Project Manager Consultant

Duration: 12 months with extension possible to 18 months

Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days per week onsite)

Other Approved Locations: Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX, or Jersey City, NJ

Pay Scale: $70-73/hr W2 (Cannot subcontract or C2C)

Job Description:

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the portfolio delivery of Network AI and Agentic Transformation initiatives across multiple work streams, teams, and stakeholder groups. Key responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into a structured portfolio roadmap, coordinating delivery across interdependent initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, governance routines, and delivery readiness, and providing end-to-end visibility into progress, priorities, and execution health. This role works across the transformation portfolio to ensure initiatives are sufficiently defined, sequenced appropriately, aligned to target outcomes, and progressed in a controlled and transparent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Governance & Strategy

• Coordinate and govern the portfolio delivery of the Network AI and Agentic Transformation across multiple work streams, initiatives, and stakeholder groups.
• Translate strategic priorities into a structured portfolio roadmap, delivery plan, and sequenced set of initiatives aligned to target outcomes and available capacity.
• Establish and run portfolio routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, governance forums, tollgates, and escalation cadences.
• Ensure the work delivered across the portfolio complies with enterprise governance, change management, risk, and control expectations.

Delivery & Pipeline Management

• Manage the portfolio backlog and initiative pipeline, helping prioritize work based on business value, strategic relevance, delivery readiness, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into portfolio health, including progress against milestones, delivery risks, issues, dependencies, schedule, and financials.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and decision-making across transformation work streams and partner teams.
• Assist with portfolio financial tracking, resource planning, and prioritization decisions to ensure execution remains aligned to strategic objectives and delivery constraints.

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration

• Partner with transformation leadership and workstream leads to align scope, sequencing, priorities, and target outcomes across the portfolio.
• Support the definition and tracking of success measures, including execution milestones, adoption indicators, delivery outcomes, and realized value across the transformation.
• Manage stakeholder communications and reporting for leadership, ensuring clarity of progress, upcoming decisions, timeline shifts, blockers, and portfolio tradeoffs.
• Promote collaboration across business, technology, and transformation stakeholders to maintain momentum, resolve friction, and improve portfolio execution effectiveness.

Required Experience:

Program & Transformation Experience

• Strong experience leading portfolio, program, or large-scale network transformation or refresh delivery initiatives across multiple interdependent work streams in a complex enterprise infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into a sequenced portfolio roadmap, prioritized delivery plan, and measurable target outcomes.
• Strong portfolio governance experience, including steering routines, status reporting, milestone tracking, tollgates, decision forums, and escalation management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and complex global environment with evolving priorities, deadlines, and interdependencies.

Operational & Financial Capabilities

• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and sequencing tradeoffs across a broad portfolio of work.
• Strong financial and resource management capabilities, including planning, forecasting, prioritization, and tracking of delivery against portfolio objectives.
• Experience maintaining and refining a portfolio backlog or initiative pipeline, including prioritization based on business value, strategic relevance, readiness, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery practices and the ability to apply the appropriate structure, cadence, and controls for different types of work.
• Experience working in regulated environments with sensitivity to governance, compliance, audit readiness, and controlled execution expectations.

Soft Skills & Technical Partnership

• Ability to drive alignment across business, technology, operations, and control stakeholders with differing priorities and constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including the ability to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus across senior audiences.
• Experience supporting change initiatives through coordinated communications, planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution visibility.
• Ability to operate effectively without deep technical specialization, while partnering closely with technical leads to understand delivery implications, sequencing needs, and execution readiness.
