Must Have
- 7 years of hands-on Core Java / Java J2EE development experience
- Strong Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- Strong RESTful Web Services and SOAP Web Services
- Strong SQL, preferably Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Strong Object-Oriented Design and Java programming
- Experience building high-volume, scalable, highly available, distributed enterprise applications
- Experience with Apache Kafka for data publishing and consuming
- Experience with JUnit, performance testing, optimization, and code analysis
- Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Experience with Cassandra or NoSQL distributed databases
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, including Creational, Behavioral, and JEE patterns
- Experience with Maven, Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile and SDLC, including Test-Driven Development
- Experience handling cross-functional/distributed development teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver software releases in a changing environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-enabled development tools for coding, code analysis, productivity, and software engineering workflows
- Experience with Eclipse/IntelliJ
