• Strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background
• OpenShift administration and engineering experience
• Kubernetes container platform knowledge
• AWS and/or Azure cloud experience
• Middleware engineering and support experience
• Production support and incident management expertise
• Application performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Load balancing technologies
• Enterprise monitoring and observability tools
• Infrastructure automation and scripting
• Multi-tier application architecture support

• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Infrastructure as Code
• Performance tuning and capacity planning
• Java application support
• Microservices architecture experience
