About the Role:
Matlen Silver's Director of Enterprise Accounts is tasked with leading a team of Client Solutions Managers to attain overall growth and profitability inside a portfolio of specified accounts. A Director of Enterprise Accounts is considered the subject matter expert for their client, and owns all activity related to the account. The Director of Enterprise Accounts is also responsible for developing their existing team and hiring additional team members when needed. The Director of Enterprise Accounts must have a passion for sales, will lead by example, and mentor their team with a hands-on management approach. Responsibilities:
- Own the accountability and delivery of sales for specific accounts.
- Identify and task targets areas within enterprise accounts (What are the LOBs, headcounts per LOB/geographies, and overall client contracting headcount/spend to determine proper support of account).
- Create sales campaigns. The Director of Enterprise Accounts will identify key projects and task the sales team with connecting with specific managers related to those initiatives to drive growth in the account.
- Build relationships at the Executive and SVP levels to gain information around overall group spend and projects that will help create sales campaigns and tasking of the sales team.
- Outside of targeted campaigns the Director of Enterprise Accounts will ensure territories are properly being covered and maintained (Utilization of Bullhorn reporting will help keep track on contacts that haven't been touched in 30 days per salesperson and area).
- Overall responsibility for CSM team including adds and changes including the removal of team members who do not perform and make recommendations for additions to the team from inside and/or outside sources.
- Provide guidance on how to properly engage the account, resolve queries/issues raised by enterprise accounts, as well as the delivery of account scorecard and metrics as determined by the client.
- Strategize with management how to properly engage Matlen's various channels of services to support client accounts the best way possible.
- During the account incubation period, the Director of Enterprise Accounts acts as CSM in the account to build out the strategic roadmap. CSM will be implemented upon agreement with leadership. The roadmap is defined as identifying the following information - Spend, HC in our opportunity (IT/Professional Services/Engineering), Competition/# of Vendors, Org Chart, Projects, Channels of Hiring (MSP/SOW Spend/Full Time), Stakeholders.
- Assists in business development efforts across the Enterprise.
Qualifications:
- 5 years Staffing Industry Experience (in a sales capacity).
- High energy.
- Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Possesses the experience and acumen to understand client needs, strategy, and keep up with industry trends.
- Prior experience successfully developing/mentoring employees/coworkers.
- Successful track record of account mapping, planning, and growth.
- Desire to advance within the company.
- Bachelor's degree.
