Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, managing workstreams related to change and adoption, organizational design, operating model design, data analysis, and technology implementation.
- Drive projects end-to-end from strategy definition through execution, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and business objectives.
- Apply structured change management methodologies including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication strategies, training plans, and adoption measurement.
- Redesign business processes from the ground up to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations supported by data-driven insights.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations with clear, concise, and persuasive communication.
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and data visualization.
- Perform assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate findings into actionable plans.
- Serve as a change catalyst by aligning strategy, people, process, and technology.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Coach and guide consultants, analysts, and project team members throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Maintain a strong focus on associate experience, operational excellence, and long-term adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business transformation, management consulting, strategy, or a related quantitative business discipline.
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies, including leader alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption tracking.
- Strong experience in business case development, organizational design, operating model design, and span-of-control principles.
- Proven project management experience, including building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Demonstrated success leading technology adoption or implementation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive presentations, storytelling, templates).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and insight development.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to senior leaders
