AI Architect – Agentic Platforms

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design and evolution of next generation AI agent platforms. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that power advanced automation and decision making across enterprise environments. You will play a key role in shaping platform strategy, defining architecture standards, and enabling the adoption of cutting edge AI capabilities at scale.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform Architecture and Leadership

Define and drive the enterprise architecture for AI agent platforms including orchestration frameworks, integration patterns, registries, and multi agent coordination

Design scalable platforms that enable autonomous workflows across multiple business functions

Establish architecture patterns for connecting AI agents to enterprise data, APIs, and services

Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability across high volume environments

Implement responsible AI practices to ensure safe and governed system behavior

Platform Engineering and Cloud Architecture

Architect cloud native, fault tolerant systems across Azure and GCP environments

Define standards for scalability, latency, availability, and observability

Partner with engineering teams to build secure, containerized, API driven infrastructure

Establish platform lifecycle processes including versioning, release management, and performance optimization

Drive efficient scaling of AI workloads across enterprise use cases

AI Quality, Evaluation, and Safety

Develop evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for AI systems

Implement continuous improvement processes using automated evaluation and feedback loops

Define standards for prompt safety, hallucination mitigation, and data protection

Build monitoring and observability capabilities for AI system performance and reliability

Establish metrics for quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness

Innovation and Strategy

Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver impactful AI solutions

Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to guide strategic decisions

Drive development of reusable AI infrastructure and platform capabilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams

Required Qualifications

5 plus years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform architecture

Strong experience designing distributed systems with a focus on scalability and performance

Hands on experience with generative AI, agent based systems, or large language model integrations

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Autogen, CrewAI, or similar

Strong experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity

Experience with modern development practices and building proof of concepts or prototypes

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and standards

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP including Kubernetes, containerization, and CI CD

Familiarity with MLOps or AIOps tools such as MLflow, vector databases, and monitoring platforms

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and responsible AI principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or supporting large scale AI platforms in enterprise environments

Familiarity with retrieval augmented generation, semantic search, and knowledge models

Experience working in highly cross functional environments with engineering, data science, and product teams
