Role Description The Design Project Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Fayetteville, AR, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the planning and execution of luxury design projects, coordinating architecture, interior, and landscape design activities to meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and deliverables, facilitating communication among clients, designers, and external partners, 3D rendering and plan updates, and monitoring project scope, costs, and quality. The Design Project Manager will prepare and maintain project documentation, track progress and milestones, and proactively address risks or issues to keep projects on track. The role may also contribute to process improvements and support business development efforts by assisting with proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including oversight of timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Budgeting skills, with experience tracking project costs and working within defined financial parameters
- Experience managing architecture and/or interior design projects
- Familiarity with architectural design workflows and project coordination
- Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp
- Experience with rendering software (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, etc.) is a plus
- Previous experience with an architecture or interior design firm
- Procurement and FF&E coordination experience preferred
