Group Facilitator ( Part time- Full time)

What we are looking for in a Group Facilitator:

Time Wellness Center is seeking an experienced group facilitator and/or a licensed professional for a group therapist position. Acceptable licensures include: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMCW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The group facilitator will have an opportunity to treat clients in a group setting.

Responsibilities of a Group Facilitator:

• Lead and facilitate therapeutic or psychoeducational group sessions using evidence-informed approaches
• Support clients in exploring emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges in a safe and respectful environment
• Recognize and appropriately respond to signs of distress or crisis, following established procedures
• Observe, assess, and document client participation and behavior during groups
• Communicate any concerns or unusual incidents to the Clinical Director or appropriate supervisor
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support overall client careEmbody and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Time Wellness Center
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a strong commitment to client-centered care

Minimum Qualifications for a Group Facilitator:

• 1-2 years of experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment with at least one year of experience with facilitating groups.
• Ability to lead group sessions.
• CPI and CPR/FA training highly desired

Preferred Qualifications:

• LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW

Schedule:2-6 hour shifts
