Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Toast POS
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during events like banquets or catering functions
• Uphold food handling standards and ensure all beverages are prepared safely and hygienically
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in high-volume settings
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the bar area as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements accurately
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Previous retail math or cashiering experience is a plus
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
