Executive Producer - Experiential Marketing (Remote/Portland, OR)
We're partnering with a leading experiential marketing agency to hire an Executive Producer to lead production for large-scale B2B conferences and complex experiential programs. This is a full-time position.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end production: general sessions, breakouts, run of show, AV, logistics, attendee flow, and large-scale infrastructure.
- Manage budgets ($1M-$6M ), contracts, and vendors across scenic, fabrication, A/V, lighting, and specialty services.
- Lead teams of 20 vendors, freelancers, and internal partners.
- Serve as the primary production partner for Fortune 500 clients, providing updates, guidance, and problem-solving from concept to execution.
- Experienced in large-scale corporate conferences with a hands-on, low-ego approach.
- Strong technical production knowledge and financial acumen.
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-moving programs simultaneously.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and building strong client relationships.
Location: Remote or hybrid if based in Portland, OR
Compensation: $140-160K (firm) full benefits
