Producer

As a Producer at Plastic Sunshine, you'll play a critical role in bringing world-class brand experiences to life by supporting the production team across multiple projects. Working alongside producers, creative teams, account leads, clients, and production partners, you'll help transform creative ideas into successful real-world executions while balancing creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and logistics.

You're organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping projects moving forward. Whether it's tracking line items in a spreadsheet, capturing key meeting notes, coordinating vendors, managing project logistics, or picking up the phone to solve an urgent issue, you're someone the team can rely on.

• Directly support senior producers across multiple experiential projects from kickoff through execution.
• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Account, Strategy, and Production Teams.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, production trackers, budget support, task lists, and documentation.
• Support coordination of production logistics with internal teams, vendors, and fabrication partners.
• Take detailed meeting notes and clearly communicate action items to keep teams aligned.
• Help identify potential production risks early and proactively work toward solutions.
• Assist with budget tracking, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and production reconciliations.
• Ensure production deliverables are organized, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
• Some support for onsite production, including setup, installation, event execution, and strike as needed.
• Jump into challenges with a solutions-first mindset, helping troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly.
• Be comfortable making phone calls, coordinating last-minute changes, and helping put out fires when production requires it.

• 3–5 years of production experience, preferably within an experiential, event, or creative agency environment.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including managing detailed production trackers, budgets, and logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, resourceful problem solver who doesn't wait to be asked.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
• Experience supporting onsite event production with some  travel required.
