This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
The pay for this W-2 position is $92.86 per hour.
Summary
This role supports a fast-paced, multidisciplinary creative studio responsible for defining how best-in-class graphic design, video, and visual storytelling bring digital products to life. The team collaborates across a wide range of content and services, creating compelling visual systems and experiences across multiple platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will create impactful, high-quality visual designs across a variety of media, art styles, and product experiences. You will partner with creative, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop prototypes, visual systems, and refined design executions that bring concepts to life. This includes producing graphics, illustrations, typography-driven layouts, and assets for use across digital platforms.
You will also maintain and evolve visual standards, contribute to design systems, and support the continuous improvement of team workflows and creative output.
Education And Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. A background in creative disciplines such as graphic design, digital design, art direction, or visual storytelling is ideal. Experience working in creative agencies or in-house teams supporting major brands is a plus.
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA, and requires hybrid on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position is $92.86 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) depending on tenure and hours worked.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in visual design, art direction, or a related creative discipline
- bring a strong passion for digital experiences with a solid foundation in visual communication and design systems
- proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional visual or motion design tools
- have experience building visual prototypes and mockups for multiple platforms and scenarios and are familiar with user-centered design methodologies and how they support visual storytelling
- excel at collaborating with cross-functional creative and product teams, work independently, and manage multiple deadline-driven projects
- are flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- have strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail and maintain a diverse portfolio of high-concept, visually engaging work
