Customer Service & Sales Representative
Brief Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to assist customers throughout the sales and ordering process. This role combines excellent customer service with sales support, helping clients with product selections, answering questions, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact through delivery.

We are an established furniture and design company specializing in high-quality furniture and custom pieces. We work closely with interior designers, trade professionals, and retail clients and pride ourselves on exceptional products and personalized service.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, pricing, and purchases.
- Respond to phone, email, and showroom inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries.
- Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Resolve customer service issues and coordinate with sales, warehouse, vendors, and other team members.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to sell.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through.
- Comfortable with computers, email, order systems, and learning new software.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred; furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or home furnishings experience is a plus.
