Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Multimedia Brand Designer for a 6-month contract to support our client's Brand & Creative team. This individual will be fully embedded in our team and workflows, operating as a core contributor across high-volume, fast-paced creative.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, high-output designer with strong motion and video capabilities, who can contribute from concept through execution. This is not a plug-and-play production role—we’re looking for someone who can think, collaborate, and elevate the work.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute across a range of multimedia outputs including motion graphics, short-form video, digital ads, and campaign assets
- Contribute to creative concepting and translate briefs into compelling visual storytelling across formats and platforms
- Partner closely with marketing, product marketing, and content teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Participate in daily workflows, stand-ups, critiques, and team rituals as a fully embedded team member
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative forward, particularly across motion and digital channels
- Work at pace: balancing speed, volume, and quality in a performance-driven environment
- Iterate and adapt to insights and learnings based on performance metrics and data
- 5–8 years of experience in brand, multimedia, or motion design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, short-form video, and digital campaign work
- High proficiency in Figma, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working on performance marketing channels (paid social, display, video)
- Ability to operate both conceptually and executively—not just production-focused
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, embedded team environment with constant feedback loops
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative rationale
- Rooted in data driven decision making and knows how to measure success against KPIs
Video Production & Post-Production
- Lead end-to-end video production including concept development, scripting support, editing, color grading, and final delivery
- Produce a broad range of video formats: short-form paid social and programmatic ads, YouTube content, product demos, product sizzles, etc
- Manage and optimize the video production workflow from brief intake through asset delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage
- Support the build and maintenance of a well-organized media library of footage, B-roll, music, and graphics to support ongoing and future production needs
- Concept and produce motion graphics for video, digital display, social, and web applications
- Develop reusable animation systems and templates that accelerate production across the broader creative team
- Animate for performance: design motion creative for paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, programmatic) with a clear understanding of hook, messaging, and CTA principles
- Design print-ready materials including brochures, direct mail, trade show graphics, signage, and agency partner collateral
- Manage prepress and print vendor relationships, ensuring production specs, color accuracy, and timelines are met
- Support product marketing and partnerships teams with sales enablement materials, presentation templates, and branded collateral
- Someone who takes ownership and integrates quickly into team culture and process
- A proactive collaborator—not waiting for direction, but engaging early and often
- A designer who can elevate the work and the team, not just deliver assets
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
- 6-month W2 contract
- Fully embedded within the Brand & Creative team
- Remote but must be based in the US.

Salary : $38 - $48
