Motion Video Producer (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Motion/Video Design Producer to lead motion graphics–driven projects from kickoff through final delivery. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a sharp creative eye. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a sharp creative eye. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate stakeholder and internal reviews, incorporating feedback effectively
- Manage BA clearance routing and communications
- Oversee asset management, including collection, organization, and tracking across teams
- Conduct technical assessments of incoming assets to ensure readiness for production
- Prepare creative layouts and provide clear direction to vendors and/or After Effects artists
- Support on-device capture preparation and final delivery
- Perform internal and final quality control (QC) on placement screens
- Ensure all deliverables meet required export and delivery specifications
- Lead project wrap-up, ensuring all assets and documentation are properly archived
- 7 years of professional experience in post-production workflows, including editing, animation, and VFX
- Strong understanding of media formats, technical specifications, and codecs
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with motion graphics production pipelines
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Work Arrangement: Remote (must be located within 100 miles of Cupertino, CA; New York, NY; or Culver City, CA)
