Administrative Assistant - Los Angeles 100% on-site
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Los Angeles, CA.

The Administrative Assistant III manages calendars, coordinates meetings and travel, handles correspondence, and serves as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, contributing to overall team efficiency and success.

You’ll partner with internal teams and external contacts to ensure meetings, travel, and communications are efficiently managed. This includes scheduling and rescheduling meetings, coordinating meeting logistics, preparing reports and presentations, tracking expenses, maintaining records and databases, and serving as a first point of contact for inquiries. You will also support ongoing team processes and special projects, contributing to the department’s overall success and employee experience.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of experience in administrative support
- Passion for business operations and office management with a strong foundation in organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with internal processes, record-keeping systems, and office management tools
- Skilled in collaborating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external contacts
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates discretion and professional judgment when handling confidential information

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Background in administrative support, office management, or related disciplines
- Previous experience supporting senior managers or cross-functional teams preferred
- This opportunity is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires 100% on-site work
- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $39 – $41.38 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
