Visual Designer

Contract Production Grapic Designer
On-site, 5 days per week in Austin, TX

Experience: 3 years

Our client, an established performance-focused consumer brand is seeking a freelance Production Graphic Designer to support the creative team on a contract basis. This role will contribute to the development and execution of digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, with occasional print work.

Responsibilities:

• Design a range of creative assets including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, digital ads, and potential print materials

• Support campaign launches, promotions, seasonal updates, and ongoing content refreshes across various channels

• Edit lifestyle and studio photography to ensure cohesive and consistent brand imagery

• Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across platforms

• Deliver production-ready files with strong attention to detail and within deadlines

• Provide design support across additional brand touchpoints as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in graphic or visual design (freelance, agency, or in-house)

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and digital execution

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Motion/animation experience is a plus

• Familiarity with HTML, web design, CMS platforms, or website builders is a plus

• Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35-$40 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
