Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and services effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, including HIPAA compliance.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand the customer base.

Requirements
