Every day, students around the world attend Mathnasium Learning Centers to boost their math skills. We make math make sense to kids in grades K–12 through our unique, customized teaching approach. In the Center Manager role, everything that happens in the center rolls up to you!
Position Summary
You are responsible for the overall success of our Mathnasium Learning Center, including: staff leadership, community engagement, and day-to-day operations.
Organized? A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and witnessing those a-ha moments in both students and staff? You play a key role in building a positive, engaging learning environment for students, families, and your instruction team.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate effectively with parents and students to meet enrollment and retention goals
- Lead a team of instructors to deliver high-quality math instruction
- Assist in recruiting events and evaluating instructor candidates
- Participate in coaching and training opportunities for continued professional development
- Represent Mathnasium at school and community events
- Oversee physical care of the center to maintain a clean and safe space for learning

What We Offer
- Competitive base pay ($25–$27/hour) plus performance-based bonus
- Heavy part-time schedule: Monday - Thursday between the hours of 1:00pm - 8:00pm plus Sundays during school year from 12:30pm-4:30pm (28–32 hours per week)
