Center Director – Mathnasium (Bonita Springs)
We are hiring a Center Director in Bonita Springs to lead, grow, and operate a Mathnasium Learning Center. This Center Director role is ideal for entrepreneurial leaders who are passionate about education, driven by results, and excited to build strong teams and community relationships.
The Center Director is fully responsible for the success of the center — including sales, marketing, team leadership, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Quick Role Summary
As a Center Director, you will lead all aspects of the Bonita Springs learning center. You will drive enrollment growth, build and coach a high-performing instructional team, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming, results-driven culture for students and families.
This role blends business management, sales leadership, education operations, and community engagement.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage all daily operations of the Bonita Springs center
- Drive enrollment growth and meet monthly sales goals
- Execute local marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and retention strategies
- Hire, train, coach, and develop instructors and leadership staff
- Ensure instructional quality and consistent implementation of the Mathnasium Method
- Manage center financial performance and key performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and the surrounding community
- Create a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture
- Take full ownership and accountability for center success

Requirements
Essential Talents & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship-building
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced communication skills including:

- Overcoming conversational objections
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
