Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces lush and healthy.
• Assist with greenhouse operations by planting, transplanting, pruning, and monitoring plant health.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, pruning, planting seasonal flowers, and removing debris to keep areas tidy and vibrant.
• Support farming or horticultural projects by planting crops or ornamental plants according to seasonal plans.
• Use gardening techniques aligned with sustainable practices to promote healthy growth and environmental stewardship.

Requirements

• Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields such as farming or agriculture.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and greenhouse operations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing equipment operation and fertilization methods.
• Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., pruners, shovels) and power tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of plant health care practices including pest management and soil preparation.
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

Pay: $22.74 - $30.00 per hour
