Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Azure Cloud Program Management and enterprise cloud migration programs. This role requires a strong blend of program management, Azure cloud expertise, consulting capabilities, and stakeholder management to successfully drive cloud migration programs from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership to plan, govern, and deliver large-scale Azure migration initiatives. This role is highly client-facing and requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams, align cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of cloud transformation programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Azure cloud migration and modernization programs.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define cloud transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.

• Drive program governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.

• Collaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams to ensure successful migration of applications, infrastructure, and data to Azure.

• Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks and roadblocks.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Facilitate executive-level governance meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

• Primary point of contact for client stakeholders (VP/Director level)

• Coordinate with Azure Architects and Engineering teams

• Lead application, infrastructure, and data migration programs

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Strong experience leading Azure cloud migration and transformation programs.

• Good understanding of Azure services, cloud architecture, and migration methodologies.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, security, governance, and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services; prior hands-on Azure experience required, current role is managerial.

• Understanding of hybrid cloud and enterprise cloud modernization strategies.

Program & Consulting Skills

• Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

• Strong planning, risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination capabilities

• 75% Program Management / 25% Technical Solutioning

Stakeholder Management

• Executive stakeholders including VP and Director-level client leadership

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence VP and executive-level stakeholders
