Job Description – Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Location: Denver, CO (MDROP Headquarters)
Reports to: COO and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a critical role in MDROP’s growth strategy by generating qualified leads, setting meetings, and supporting Regional Sales Managers with corporate outreach. Operating from our Denver office, the ISR drives pipeline growth through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM engagement—ensuring MDROP consistently connects with new prospects and key accounts. This is a performance-driven role with a clear path for growth as MDROP expands nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Make daily outbound calls and emails to targeted supplier/distributor prospects.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain accurate records of decision-makers in CRM (ActiveCampaign).
Meeting Generation
- Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings for RSMs and COO.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs before hand-off.
- Support corporate partnership efforts (e.g., Lowe’s Pro Supply, ABC Supply, Rexel).
Pipeline Contribution
- Qualify leads and pass opportunities to RSMs for pursuit.
- Ensure high conversion efficiency of meetings into opportunities.
Collaboration
- Work closely with RSMs to prioritize target accounts in each region.
- Share prospect feedback with leadership to refine messaging and targeting.
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, materials, and engagement.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain 95% accuracy of all CRM entries.
- Complete follow-ups within 24–48 hours.

Compensation & Commission
Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (DOE) with incentives and commission structure

Qualifications:
- 2 years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or lead generation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident on the phone.
- Experience with CRMs (ActiveCampaign preferred).
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets.
- Background in logistics, construction, or distribution is a plus.
