Job Description
We are seeking a Delivery Lead / Client Engagement Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring delivery and partner closely with clients and internal recruiting teams to ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment of open positions. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution, delivery ownership, and direct client interaction, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven hiring environment.
The role will involve working closely with hiring managers, coordinating with recruiting teams, tracking pipelines, and ensuring strong candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client hiring requirements, ensuring clear communication and consistent delivery progress.
- Engage regularly with clients to understand role expectations, hiring priorities, and evolving requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Partner with internal recruiters to define sourcing strategies and improve submission quality and turnaround time.
- Review and validate candidate profiles before submission to ensure strong alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer-stage follow-ups through successful onboarding.
- Maintain strong engagement with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
- Participate in client meetings to provide delivery updates, pipeline insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, and submission progress to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
- Support rate discussions and coordination with operations teams to ensure smooth hiring execution.
- Mentor and guide recruiters as needed to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment delivery, client engagement, recruiting, or staffing delivery leadership roles
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple concurrent requirements
- Experience working directly with clients, hiring managers, and recruiting teams
- Ability to manage priorities across fast-moving hiring pipelines
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise hiring environments or managed hiring programs
- Exposure to ATS/VMS platforms such as Ceipal, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar tools
- Prior experience mentoring recruiters or coordinating delivery across teams
- Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings and onsite stakeholder interactions when required
