Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Accounts. In this role, you will oversee the strategy and execution of client accounts, ensuring top-tier performance and satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading client communications, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. You will also focus on mentoring team members, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, mentorship, and overseeing account strategies
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and conversion tracking
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the ability to perform data-driven analysis
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving measurable ROI for clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in digital marketing and advertising platforms
