Clinical Director – Behavioral Health-Outpatient
📍 Oakland, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
💰 $101,000–$137,000 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for an innovative outpatient program serving adults with serious mental illness and complex needs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on recovery, stability, and community support.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
- Oversee program coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical excellence
- Support an evidence-based, community-focused treatment model
- Help individuals achieve greater independence through comprehensive mental health and supportive services
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Services or related field
- Active California licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (in good standing)
- 1 year of leadership experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting
- 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health services
- Experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use challenges
- Strong leadership, communication, and cultural humility skills
