- Overseeing the office supply inventory and ensuring that supplies are in line with office needs.
- Ensuring all office equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with management team to monitor spending and other expenses.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
- Directs/assists with office activities, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, recruiting, training, and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assists and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
- Oversees email correspondence and mail distribution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
