What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at LL Grimes Plumbing?
Individuals must be
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Workspace and Excel
- Highly organized, motivated and proficient with their time.
- Able to learn and work within or have experience working within our CRM platform
Service Titan.
Duties Include
- Apply for and track project permits and inspections.
- Work daily with field superintendents to help maintain and record job records and
document new job starts and change orders..
- Issue and record purchase orders for material and sub contract purchases.
- Maintain job records and facilitate job progress for invoicing with our CRM platform.
- Maintain a clean, well organized office environment.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
