Mat-Su Health Services has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front Desk team.

This full time position requires a strong team player. Our receptionists are primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting registration information. Our scheduling system is complex and call volumes at times high, creating a fast paced environment.
As a Receptionist you must be able to consistently relate in a positive, courteous and caring manner to staff and the individuals seeking services. You will be able to demonstrate your telephone etiquette, keyboarding and ten-key skills, use of computer programs, and working knowledge of HIPAA laws. Wage: $18.00/hour for basic qualifications; Starting wage increases with experience and skill level.

If you have a High School Diploma or Equivalency, a minimum of one-year of experience in a medical office reception, medical billing, or scheduling position, and a minimum of one-year experience answering a multi-line phone system and are committed to providing high quality customer service, we want to talk to you!
