Masuda Funai, a mid-sized law firm recognized for our strong cross-border practice, seeks a mid- to senior-level attorney to join its Employment, Labor & Benefits practice in Chicago. This is a great opportunity to immediately contribute to our practice, representing employers on a broad range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of restrictive covenants, wage and hour disputes, and employee misconduct or discipline.

Qualifications we’re looking for
- Licensed and in good standing in the State of Illinois
- 5-7 years of experience practicing employment law
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and function in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and business development acumen.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is based upon various factors including the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications. An estimate of the salary range for individuals working in our Chicago office is $160,000-$190,000.
