Job Title: Data Analyst Intern
Location: Livonia, MI - On Site

Spring Internship Cycle: January-April

Mastronardi offers a structured, 10-week internship program that runs three times per year, during the Spring, Summer and Fall. This internship provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from industry professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Mastronardi’s work in the Commercial Trialing space
- Organize and align trial datasets into a unified, scalable structure
- Harmonize variety name datasets
- Collaborate with IT to build a dedicated trial analytics dashboard in Power BI
Education/Background Requirements:
- Education and background in agriculture-related fields (horticulture, crop protection, general agronomy)
Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Familiarity with basic office applications (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Open mindset and willingness to learn how day-to-day greenhouse activities are transformed into digital datasets
