Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle data, leveraging our modern digital systems.
  • Welcome customers warmly and promptly, showcasing our tech-savvy approach.
  • Document vehicle issues accurately and digitally on repair orders.
  • Use cutting-edge technology to access service history and recommend additional needed services.
  • Advise customers on car care using the latest manufacturer recommendations.
  • Explain completed work and all charges using digital platforms for transparency.
  • Review repair orders electronically, ensuring work is completed and authorizations are noted.
  • Close repair orders efficiently, thanks to our streamlined digital processes.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and friendly personality
