What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder Fabricator position at MasterTech?
We have immediate openings for Welder/Fabricators in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful Welder/Fabricators will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and fitting custom components and attachments to various types of mining equipment (drills, shovels, earthmoving) according to blueprints and drawings.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $45.00/hour.
- 100% employer paid benefits, pension, and paid time off.
- Overtime available after 40 hours/week.
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 6AM start time, 10-12 hour days.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, and fitting.
- Experience Mig, Tig, and stick welding.
- Experience with torch and plasma cutting.
- Proficient reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints.
- Owns full set of welding and fit up tools.
