An established and growing heavy industrial company is seeking experienced Industrial Construction Professionals to support mechanical, process piping, water/wastewater treatment, pump station, and industrial facility projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania; based midway between Allentown and Philadelphia. Opportunities are available for experienced Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents with a background in heavy civil, mechanical, industrial, or plant construction.

Compensation
- $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience and position). Benefits available include:

Schedule
Day Shift, Monday – Friday.
Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet project demands.
Projects are primarily located within approximately 1–2 hours (100 miles) of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in heavy industrial, mechanical, plant, process piping, water/wastewater, or heavy civil construction (higher levels of experience preferred for leadership positions)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred for engineering/project management roles
- OSHA 10 Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Experience
- Water and wastewater treatment plants
- Pump stations and industrial facilities
- Mechanical construction and process piping
- Industrial electrical construction
- Site civil and underground utility work
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders
- Coordinating project submittals, document control, and material tracking
- QA/QC procedures and safety compliance
- Supervising field crews and subcontractors
- Construction planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking
- Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, HCSS HeavyBid, and/or Viewpoint experience is considered an asset
