What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Packer position at Masterson Staffing Solutions?
Masterson Staffing is recruiting for a valued client in Becker, MN for a Meat Packaging Operator.
In this role you will be working in a colder work environment of about 35-40 degrees, packaging various types of meat into boxes per work order. Palletizing completed boxes of product.
Job Duties Include:
1. Operating packaging equipment including vacuum sealers, labeling machines, roll stock machines.
2. Monitor packaging processing equipment including weight, size and labeling requirements.
3. Inspect products for quality and labeling accuracy.
4. Follow all sanitation procedures, including proper hand washing, wearing appropriate protective clothing and maintaining a clean work environment.
Must be able to stand on your feet for entire shift and be able to lift to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Prior experience in meat processing preferred
Need to be able to read/write and communicate in English.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $18 DOE
