Job Overview: The Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by packing, labeling, and inspecting items to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack finished products according to work instructions, customer specifications, and company standards.
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or incorrect quantities prior to packing.
• Apply correct labels, documentation, and packaging materials to ensure accurate shipments.
• Assemble boxes, crates, or other packaging materials as required.
• Maintain accurate counts and records of packed items.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.
• Communicate packing issues, shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Meet productivity and shipping deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and required.

Qualifications:

• Previous packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
