Job Description: -
- To carry out preventive maintenance schedule, break down maintenance & routine process of various equipments i.e. Pumps, Blowers, electrical system, Forklifts, Overhead cranes, Heat Exchangers, Heater, Utilities, etc.
- Shop floor management & manpower handling.
- Continual Improvement to minimize break down maintenance.
- Ensuring all safety aspects in plant
- Ensure maximum utilization of all machinery with full efficiency.
- Maintain smooth functioning of different hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
- List out the Critical equipment /machines/utilities and ensured that they are qualified and validated.
- Control, check & supervise operators’ activities on shop floor working.
- Lead and manage the resources to achieve the vision, values and targets set by management from time to time.,
- Plan, Schedule, Execute and closely Monitor, Preventive Maintenance of all the production machines/equipment including Utilities and ensure all of them are in satisfactory working condition.
