Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join our client's legal team in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, on-site position. The litigation specialty or background in Insurance Defense, Premise Liability, Maritime and Commercial Litigation The Litigation Associate will manage various aspects of litigation cases, including drafting and filing motions, conducting legal research, handling depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong legal acumen.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in legal principles and practices, with expertise in Law and Courts
- Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions
- Experience in legal Research to analyze and interpret case laws and statutes
- Ability to conduct and manage Depositions effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in Florida
- 2 years legal experience as a barred Attorney
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior litigation experience is a must
