They want to eventually step into a larger role managing equipment and assets across multiple locations. What You’ll Do
- Own the maintenance, repair, and performance of our equipment and fleet
- Diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way—not the easy way
- Keep equipment organized, maintained, and ready for the field
- Help guide and support team members when it comes to equipment use and care
- Build systems and processes that improve efficiency as we grow
