Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics, HVAC, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Building Automation Systems or related control systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
- Experience with BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell, or Siemens Desigo.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Certification in BAS technologies or controls systems (e.g., NATE, BACnet, or equivalent).
- Experience with network communications protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with diagnostic software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
