We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated professional who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment and thrives in a high-standard, intimate hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
● Room Curation: Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds with precision, dusting high-end furnishings, and vacuuming/mopping floors.
● Bathroom Excellence: Sanitize and polish all bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and mirrors to a streak-free shine; replenish premium toiletries and plush linens.
● Detail Orientation: Ensure all brand-specific touchpoints are met, from the specific placement of stationery to the perfect fold of a bathrobe.
● Common Area Upkeep: Maintain the elegance of our lobby, hallways, and guest lounges, ensuring they remain inviting throughout the day.
● Reporting & Maintenance: Promptly report any maintenance issues (leaky faucets, frayed carpet, lightbulb outages) or safety hazards to the Floor Supervisor.
● Guest Interaction: Provide warm, professional service if encountered by guests, fulfilling special requests (extra pillows, turndown service) with a "can-do" attitude.
Preferred Requirements
● Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services is a plus, preferably within a boutique hotel environment.
● Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs/hallways with agility.
● Reliability: Strong time-management skills and a track record of punctuality.
● Communication: Basic English proficiency to interact with guests and understand safety instructions.
Compensation & Benefits
● Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
