Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and/or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Part-time position
Join Our Boutique Hotel Team
We are looking for a dependable and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our boutique hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is looking for a stable position with a consistent team environment.
Hospitality experience is welcome but not required. We are happy to train someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions and requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and travel directions
- Process reservations, payments, and credit card authorizations
- Handle cash transactions and balance assigned cash bank
- Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Receive mail and packages for guests when needed
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Help create a positive guest experience from arrival through departure

- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
