About This Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will work alongside our skilled team members to gain hands-on marketing experience and exposure in the construction/electrical industry. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for establishing Mastercraft Electric's online presence, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that can approach projects and day-to-day tasks with a creative mindset and go-getter attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and schedule content across social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Help maintain and update marketing materials, website content, etc.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas that align with company goals
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
Competencies & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing concepts
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is preferred
Compensation
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation for this position is $25.00 per hour.
