Mastercraft Construction Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects for national restaurant brands, primarily Domino’s Pizza locations across multiple states.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Mastercraft Construction Company is a commercial general contractor specializing in restaurant construction and retail development. Our projects are primarily located in the Southeast and Midwest and include both ground-up builds and tenant infill projects.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in building high-quality projects and can represent our company professionally with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain project schedule and sequencing
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and quality inspections
- Enforce safety standards and jobsite cleanliness
- Communicate with project managers and ownership
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
- Review construction drawings and ensure work is performed per plans
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly
- Track job progress and report updates
- Assist with material deliveries and site logistics
- Ensure subcontractors meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications
- 5 years commercial construction superintendent experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and construction schedules
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans

- Willingness to travel for projects
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
