Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and UI components
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices
- Configure and support Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management to enhance IT operations
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- CSM / PSDS (Customer Service Management)
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
