Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a stable, reliable, and high-quality product by designing and executing effective testing strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks
- Perform API testing and performance/load testing using tools such as JMeter
- Conduct manual testing when automation is not suitable to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Write and execute complex SQL queries (Oracle & MS SQL Server) for data validation and backend testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve defects
- Communicate testing progress, risks, blockers, and level-of-effort clearly and proactively
- Execute regression testing to validate defect fixes and system stability
- Create and present test coverage and status reports as required
- Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
- Apply knowledge of SDLC, Java, and modern web browsers during testing activities
Required Qualifications
- 5 7 years of continuous experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing roles
- Proven ability to determine when to use automation versus manual testing
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and QA best practices
- Working knowledge of Java for test automation

- Comfortable working as an individual contributor with 80% of their time spent on test case development, execution, and defect documentation.
